MH 200D/1 polyester textured thread is a 100% polyester continuous-filament thread that is air-jet textured and wound on cones, rated Tex 21 and equivalent to ticket 110.

Texturing crimps the filament bundle so the thread occupies more space than a flat filament of the same denier. That bulk is what lets 200D/1 polyester textured thread cover the raw edge in overlock, serging and coverstitch loopers, closing the seam face without adding stiffness. Tenacity runs 3.0-4.0 cN/dtex and boiling-water shrinkage stays at or below 5%, so the loop stays stable through dyeing and finishing of the made-up garment. The thread carries an S twist and reaches Grade 4-5 colour fastness.
